Brief: Designed as a modern, tropical, high-rise office building with a series of recesses and sun-shading louvers, pergolas and trellises, the building has won the Singapore Institute and Architects Facade design Excellence Award. It was also awarded the Institution of Engineers Singapore Engineering Achievement Award for its energy saving design and improvement to indoor air quality.

Product Used: Sterling Hinge

Securistyle's sterling hinges have been fitted in this 24-Storey tower block which is interconnected with a five-storey podium block with four basements around an open courtyard.
