Securistyle First Hardware Company to Attain BM TRADA Q-Mark Certification
Securistyle, the leader in quality, innovative hardware for the window and door industries, is pleased to announce that it has become the first hardware company in the UK window industry to achieve BM TRADA Q-Mark certification for ‘Hardware for use in General and Enhanced Security Fenestration Products’. Assa Abloy announces acquisition of Securistyle Group Holdings Ltd
ASSA ABLOY has acquired Securistyle Group Holdings Ltd, a leading company manufacturing and supplying window hardware. The company is based at Cheltenham, has an annual turnover of approximately £21m and employs 215 people.
Through this acquisition, ASSA ABLOY UK reinforces its position as the leader in door-opening solutions.
